If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@exaltedly.com. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Experience Representative within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note: If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, we are unable to process your return.
If an item is listed as Final Sale it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All products must be in the original condition in which you received them.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email from Exaltedly confirming when your return has been processed.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchanges, you will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the returned item. You can place a new order for the item you wish to purchase at any time—you don’t have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
