How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our very best to ship out orders in a timely manner.  Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Larger orders may take a bit longer. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@exaltedly.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

What is Exaltedly’s Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date. The product must be in its original condition, with no damage. For more details, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at support@exaltedly.com as soon as possible to check if your order can be canceled. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to make things right! To initiate a return, please email us at support@exaltedly.com. All returns must be authorized by a Customer Experience Representative within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for unauthorized returns.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@exaltedly.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

How do I track my order?

We currently don’t have a formal wholesale program, but we’re always eager to explore new opportunities, especially when they align with our mission.
