Where are your shirts made?

At Exaltedly, we take pride in supporting U.S. businesses and the incredible individuals who help bring our vision to life. All of our designs are created right here in the United States, with production, packing, and shipping managed from our home base in Texas. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, faith-inspired products while helping to foster growth in our communities.

We prioritize sourcing American-made materials wherever possible, ensuring that every step of the process reflects our commitment to supporting U.S. industry. As we grow, we remain dedicated to these values while exploring opportunities to expand responsibly and ethically.

Shipping and Delivery

General Shipping

Each order requires approximately 5 business days for processing before it leaves our warehouse. The shipping time estimate shown at checkout does not include this processing time and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed.

While we do our best to meet delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery if there are delays caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as an incorrect shipping address, severe weather conditions, postal backlogs, etc. Additionally, international packages cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs, duty requirements, or postal service issues beyond our control.

Holiday Shipping

Due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season, shipping times may be longer than expected, so please consider this when placing your order. To ensure your order arrives by Christmas, please place your order by December 18th with priority shipping.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address on file. Please make sure you check your spam folders to make sure it does not accidentally get caught there.

I need to change the shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@exaltedly.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

My order tracking shows my order was delivered, but I don’t have it.

Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two early. If your package hasn’t arrived after two days, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify that the mailing address on your order confirmation email is correct.
  2. Check with other household members to see if someone set the package aside.
  3. If you live in an apartment complex, contact your rental office—they might be holding your package.
  4. Call your local post office with your tracking number. They may have additional information or be holding your package.

If you still can’t locate your package, please reach out to us at support@exaltedly.com with your order number and shipping address. We’re here to help!

Order Issues

I was sent the wrong item- Help!

We sincerely apologize for the mix-up! If you received an incorrect item in your order from Exaltedly, please visit our returns page at support@exaltedly.com to initiate the return process. Once you’ve completed the steps, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and get the correct item to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

My shirt is defective

At Exaltedly, our shirts come with a 30-day warranty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it within 30 days of your purchase. To request a replacement, please visit our returns page at support@exaltedly.com and follow the return/exchange process.

Please note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen items.

Exchanges

Eligible Exaltedly tees can be exchanged for a different size if requested within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To start the exchange process, please email us at support@exaltedly.com

Please mail your exchange within 7 days of contacting us. Once received, allow up to five business days for us to process your request.

Exaltedly is not responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item to you!

Pricing

Do you offer pricing adjustments?

As a small business, we aren’t able to offer the same adjustments that larger corporate retailers can, especially with recent increases in product and shipping costs, along with inflation. Additionally, please note that coupons and promotions are not retroactive. However, we deeply appreciate your understanding and support.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Sorry, only one coupon code can be applied per order.
