If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product of equal or less value.

Important: All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Customer Experience Representative within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note: If you purchased your product from a third-party retailer, we are unable to process your return or exchange.

If an item is listed as Final Sale it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

All products must be in new condition.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an email from Exaltedly confirming when your return has been processed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

When shipping your return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • IMPORTANT – You must enclose a copy of the order receipt, packing slip, or invoice. We will credit the product amount to the original payment method once the return is received.
  • Ensure that all products are in new condition

For exchanges: We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item. Please specify what you’d like to exchange for in the form above, and we’ll send you the new item after receiving and processing your return.
