We ship from Texas, and we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. However, larger orders may require additional time.
Shipping Times
Orders may take between 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your order’s progress as it makes its way to you.

Exaltedly is not responsible for packages lost in transit once an order has left our warehouse. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf. However, if the claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages.
