Who can request a group order, fundraiser or giving partnership?
Churches, ministries, campus ministries, Christian fraternities and sororities, schools, teams and faith-based groups of any size. Fundraisers are often run by youth groups, mission teams or a chapter service project. Every request is reviewed by our team before anything goes live.
We’re a fraternity, sorority or campus club. Is this for us?
Yes. Christian fraternities and sororities, campus fellowships and faith-based clubs use the same three offers: a group order for chapter shirts, a fundraiser for a service project or trip, or a giving partnership all year.
Do we need to collect money or sizes from everyone?
No. Each person orders and pays for their own shirt online, in their own size, and it ships to their own address. There is nothing to collect, count or sort.
How does group order pricing work?
Your group shares one link and code. Tell us how many shirts your group expects: 12 to 23 saves 10%, 24 to 47 saves 15%, and 48 or more saves 20%. Everyone gets that same price from the very first order, so nobody has to wait for the group to fill up.
Which designs can we choose from?
Your group chooses from our collection. Tell us in your request what you have in mind for your group or event.
Who receives the fundraiser or giving payouts?
You choose in your request: the organization itself, such as your church or school, or the person organizing the fundraiser, such as a parent raising money for a student’s mission trip. A fundraiser paid to a person isn’t a charitable donation, so purchases aren’t tax-deductible, and it closes once it reaches the amount needed. Whoever receives the funds provides a W-9 before it’s approved.
When are payouts made?
Fundraiser funds are paid after the campaign’s 30-day return window closes, so every order counted is final. Giving partner payouts are made every quarter, also after each order’s return window.
Can we receive store credit instead of cash?
Giving partners can. Their payouts can be taken as Exaltedly store credit worth 25% more, added to the group leader’s Exaltedly account. Fundraiser funds are always paid in cash, since they’re raised for your cause.
Do supporters pay more for a fundraiser shirt?
No. Supporters pay our regular price, and your group’s share comes out of our side. Nothing is added to their order.
How long can a fundraiser run?
You choose the start and end dates in your request, and we set your page and goal tracker to match. The 30-day return window begins when the campaign closes.
Can we do more than one at a time?
Yes. A church or chapter can be a giving partner all year and still run a group order for an event or a fundraiser for a trip. Just send a request for each.
